Last fall we launched the Inter-American Opportunity Facility (IOF), a $20 million investment partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank designed to reduce poverty and promote economic growth across Latin America. The IOF is the cornerstone of our international portfolio for the Raíces initiative, which is focused on creating opportunities throughout both Latin America and Latino communities in the U.S.
The IOF lends to high-impact intermediary funds that provide critical services for growing economies, like small business lending, education financing, affordable housing, and agricultural cooperatives.
